Sendte en mail til dem i kveld og fikk den kjapt i retur at de var under "liquidation" fra 27. februar. Noen som vet noe mer om dette ?

Da er det vel som før da; Stor mulighet for at du ikke får det du har bestilt...

Bestilte noen logoballer der i fjor sommer, etter lang venting fikk jeg beskjed om at de ikke klarte å levevere. Fikk gavekort og bestilte meg en ny hybrid. Men da det varte og rakk og de skyldte på produsenten begynte jeg å mistenke om at de slet ... slet enda mer enn før.

Godt man har betalt med kredittkort, på tide å ringe banken

Er ikke det noe de strengt talt bør informere om på hjemmesidene deres?

Tja - ved konkurs overtar bostyrer hele greiene, ledelse/ansatte må slippe de har har i nevene og forlate kontoret. Bobestyrer kan be ansatte i "viktige" stillinger å jobbe for boet. Så dersom de fremdeles har et varelager de vil bli kvitt, så er nok bobestyrer interessert i å selge det på et vis. (Har ikke peiling på jusen her, har kun erfaring fra 1 konkurs som ansatt...venter fremdeles på siste slump med penger fra boet...)

Jeg har blandede erfaringer med disse, har tidligere ventet 3 måneder på jernkøller, bestilt regnjakke og de sendte en annen jakke, bestilt en bag jeg aldri fikk levert etc.
